Are you interested in one of our rental apartments? With the digital tenant self-assessment form, you can provide us with the key information we need to make a sound tenant selection—quickly, securely, and without unnecessary paperwork.
Find the right rental apartment in three easy steps. We take your information seriously and treat it confidentially.
You fill out the digital self-assessment form online. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form.
We will carefully review your information, compare it with the landlord's requirements, and get back to you within a few days.
If your profile matches our requirements, we will invite you to view the property. If both parties are interested, we will draw up a legally binding lease agreement.
Personal information (name, date of birth, current address), employment status (employer, income), previous tenancies, and a SCHUFA self-report. All information is voluntary—however, without it, a thorough tenant screening process cannot be conducted.
We process your data exclusively for the purpose of arranging the specific rental apartment. Your data is stored in encrypted form in our digital data room and is accessible only to us and—with your consent—to the landlord. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time.
No, but it’s essentially indispensable. Without this self-disclosure form, it’s impossible to make a sound selection of tenants—and landlords will choose applicants who provide complete information. The advantage for you is that we’ll take you seriously and prioritize your application.
Initially, only we at Domovista have access to your data. We will forward relevant excerpts to the landlord only after receiving your explicit consent—and only if your profile is a good match. External third parties never see your data.
A self-report from SCHUFA is standard. You can request one free of charge once a year at meineschufa.de. We’d be happy to help you with the request if you’d like.
If the placement is successful: for the duration of the lease, so that we can provide information in case of any inquiries. If the placement is not successful: for a maximum of six months; after that, your data will be automatically deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
That is your right. However, please note: The landlord may consider fields deemed essential for tenant selection (e.g., income or employment status) to be decisive. It’s better to be honest and complete than to sugarcoat the information.
For us: yes. If you are interested in multiple Domovista properties, you only need to fill out the information form once. We will then use your information for any suitable placement—of course, only with your consent.
