The initial consultation and market assessment are free of charge. We prepare an official, legally binding appraisal report by our in-house appraiser based on a customized quote—depending on the property and the amount of work involved.
Nothing for the first meeting—we’ll just listen for now. When we get into specifics, the following will be helpful: land registry extract, energy performance certificate, floor plan, and living space calculation. If there’s anything you don’t have, we’ll get it for you.
